The course is divided into three parts.  Each part of the course looks at stress through a different angle. Here’s an overview:

  • Part 1: Befriending Stress. In part 1, you’ll focus on getting to know your personal stress style, identifying your happiness factors, and learning your first key stress reduction technique.
  • Part 2: Body Smarts. In part 2, you’ll learn simple and enjoyable body-based techniques for deflating stress.
  • Part 3: Unbeatable You. Part 3 is about harnessing the mind to unravel deep habits that keep you stuck in the stress cycle.

Sandra PawulaA writer, mentor, and advocate of mindfulness and ease, I help others connect with their innermost essence, where true happiness, wealth, and freedom abide.  Through gentle encouragement and thought-provoking questions, I create a supportive ambiance in which life-altering change can take place.

I know how stress kills your joy, health, and relationships because I've lead a high-stress life as a director of non-profits, fundraiser, and fundraising consultant.  I've grappled with traumatic stress as well.  After experiencing the ill-effects of chronic stress, I've committed myself to learning to live with greater ease, and I would love to help you do so as well.

My "stress less" credentials include facilitating online courses on mindfulness, compassion, and contemplation for more than 5 years.  I've also completed an in-depth 3-year training program in meditation at the Institute of Wisdom and Compassion, and have studied and practiced Mindfulness-based Stressed Reduction.
